What counts as a qualified lead?
A real person in your service area, with a genuine job inside the budget range you have agreed with us, who can be reached. For some businesses we go a step further and confirm a call or a booked visit. We agree the exact definition with you before anything goes live.
How does exclusivity work?
We work with one business per type per town. Once your patch is taken we do not take on a competitor there, and every lead from it goes to you only. Leads are never resold or shared.
How does pricing work?
Lead Generation is £499 a month. Hybrid, which adds our full done-for-you local SEO, is £999 a month. On top of that you pay Meta directly for your ads: at least £25 a day, about £760 a month.
Why do I pay Meta for the ads myself?
So you always see exactly where your money goes. The ads run from your own Meta account and every pound of ad spend goes to Meta, not to us. Our fee is for the work, and it doesn't go up when your budget does.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract.
What if a lead is not genuine?
If a lead does not meet the definition we agreed, such as a wrong number or someone outside your area, tell us and we will replace it.
What happens to calls?
Calls come in through a tracked number on our landing pages and listings and are forwarded straight to your phone. Each call is logged with the time, the caller and the job, so you can see exactly what came in. If a call is recorded, the caller is told at the start.
Who owns the website and the phone number?
We build and run the local pages, the tracked numbers and the call data, so those belong to Optimisr. You receive every lead and the details of every call from your patch.
How long does it take to start?
First we confirm your town is available. Then we build your pages and campaigns and give you a start date on the call. It depends on your type of business and area.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee results from ads, or a search ranking, and we do not. What we commit to is the work, and to only sending you leads that meet the definition we agreed.
How do you handle data and GDPR?
Enquiry data is handled under UK GDPR. Our forms say who receives the enquiry, and a lead's details only go to the one business it is for. Our privacy notice has the detail.
