What counts as a qualified lead?
A real person in your service area, with a genuine job inside the budget range you have agreed with us, who can be reached. For some businesses we go a step further and confirm a call or a booked visit. We agree the exact definition with you before anything goes live.
How does exclusivity work?
We work with one business per type per town. Once your patch is taken we do not take on a competitor there, and every lead from it goes to you only. Leads are never resold or shared.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your type of business and your town, and we agree it with you before anything goes live. You start with a free trial, so you can see the leads before you commit to anything.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You start with a free trial and carry on only if it is working for you.
What if a lead is not genuine?
If a lead does not meet the definition we agreed, such as a wrong number or someone outside your area, tell us and we will replace it.
What happens to calls?
Calls come in through a tracked number on our landing pages and listings and are forwarded straight to your phone. Each call is logged with the time, the caller and the job, so you can see exactly what came in. If a call is recorded, the caller is told at the start.
